*Weekends and Holidays:

  • May 3 - October 26: add $30.00 per room per night on Fridays, Saturdays, and these holidays: 5/26, 7/3, 7/4, and 9/1.
  • Minimum stay requirements for advance reservations:
    • 3-night minimum: Memorial and Labor Day weekends, and 7/3-7/6
    • 2-night minimum: All other weekends April 26 through November 2, and 6/30-7/2, and Easter weekend
    • We occasionally have shorter-term openings on these dates; please call for availability.

Children age 13 years and younger stay free when accompanied by an adult.

Room layouts:

  • Typical Bedrooms have 2 Full XL beds.
  • Typical Efficiencies have 1 Full XL bed, 1 Queen sofa bed, and a full kitchen.
  • King suites have 1 King bed, 1 Full XL bed, 1 Queen sofa bed, and a full kitchen.
  • Apartments have 2 Full XL beds, 1 Queen sofa bed, and a full kitchen.
  • An Oceanfront Combination is a connecting Bedroom and Efficiency.
  • 1 King bed is available in all King Suites, one Oceanfront Bedroom, and several West Side rooms.

All rates are based on single or double occupancy, except the combination, which is based on up to 4 persons. Add $8.00 per day for each additional person over 13 years old. Add applicable taxes. Maximum occupancy is two persons per bed.

No pets please. We do allow a service animal required because of a disability.

All buildings and all motel balconies are non-smoking!

Cancellation Policy: Any person making a reservation is responsible for payment of all room charges unless cancellation is made at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date.
