Weekends and Holidays:

  • Weekend nights are Friday & Saturday; Weeknights are Sunday - Thursday. A week includes 7 nights.
  • Minimum stay requirements for advance reservations:
    • 3-night minimum: Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, and 7/4-7/6
    • 2-night minimum: All other weekends 3/29 through 10/26
  • We sometimes have shorter-term openings on these dates, especially on Fridays; please call for availability.

Room layouts:

  • Typical Bedrooms have 2 Queen-size beds.
  • Typical Efficiencies have 1 Full XL bed, 1 Queen sofa bed, and a full kitchen.
  • King suites have 1 King bed, 1 Full XL bed, 1 Queen sofa bed, and a full kitchen.
  • Apartments have 2 Full XL beds, 1 Queen sofa bed, and a full kitchen.
  • An Oceanfront Combination is a connecting Bedroom and Efficiency.
  • 1 King bed is available in all King Suites, 2 Oceanfront Bedrooms, and several West Side rooms.

All rates are based on single or double occupancy, except the combination, which is based on up to 4 persons. Add $10.00 per day for each additional person over 13 years old. Add applicable taxes. Maximum occupancy is two persons per bed.

Children age 13 years and younger stay free when accompanied by an adult.

No pets please. We do allow a service animal required because of a disability.

All buildings and all motel balconies are non-smoking!

Cancellation Policy: Any person making a reservation is responsible for payment of all room charges unless cancellation is made at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date.
